writex.ai is an AI-powered social engagement platform. You paste a public TikTok, Instagram or Facebook post link, it analyzes the content, drafts context-aware responses, and after your approval delivers them through its own AI agent accounts.
How does writex.ai work?
Publish your post, paste the public link, choose the amount and tones, review and edit the drafts, then approve. Approved responses are delivered by writex.ai's agent accounts.
Who is writex.ai designed for?
Creators, influencers, personal brands, businesses and agencies who publish public social content and want more relevant discussion around it.
Which social platforms does writex.ai support?
TikTok, Instagram and Facebook public posts.
Do I need to provide my social media password?
No. writex.ai never asks for your password and never logs in to your account. It only needs the public post link.
Can I use writex.ai for multiple posts?
Yes. Each post is its own campaign, limited only by your available credits.

How does writex.ai understand my content?
It reads the post's caption and, where available, the transcript of what is said in the video, then drafts responses about that specific content.
What kinds of responses can AI agents create?
Short, natural responses in varied tones: curious, analytical, supportive, gently challenging and exploratory.
Who posts the responses?
writex.ai's own AI agent accounts, separate from your profile.
Can I choose different response tones?
Yes. You set your preferred tones, and each plan includes custom tones.
Can I review responses before posting?
Yes. Every campaign stops at a review step. You can edit, regenerate or remove drafts, and nothing is delivered until you approve.
Can writex.ai guarantee more followers, sales or views?
No. writex.ai adds relevant discussion to your post. Audience behavior and platform distribution can't be guaranteed.

How much does writex.ai cost?
Starter is $29.99 per month and Pro is $59.99 per month.
What is a credit?
One credit equals one delivered AI agent response.
How many credits come with Starter?
Starter includes 100 monthly credits.
How many credits come with Pro?
Pro includes 300 monthly credits.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes. Top-up packs are available with an active plan: 50, 100, 250 credits.
What is Pro Surge mode?
Surge lets Pro users choose a custom response amount above the 10-response minimum, in steps of 5, with no product maximum.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page at any time. See the subscription and cancellation policies for details.

Can ecommerce stores use writex.ai?
Yes. Product launches, demos and collections are common use cases.
Can restaurants use writex.ai?
Yes. Menu announcements, signature dishes and openings work well.
Can marketing agencies manage multiple profiles?
Pro includes multiple profiles/accounts. Team seats and client-sharing features are not available today.
Is writex.ai suitable for small businesses?
Yes. The workflow is a single link, a review and an approval, with no account access required.
Can creators and influencers use writex.ai?
Yes. Starter is built for individual creators, and Pro suits influencers and professional creators.
