Subscription policy

This policy explains recurring writex.ai subscriptions provided by WRITEX. Your checkout summary identifies the selected plan, current price, included credits, billing interval and applicable taxes.

Starting a subscription

Your subscription starts after the first payment is confirmed. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation. Access and included credits are assigned to the account used at checkout.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew monthly on or around the date shown in your billing settings. Each renewal is charged in advance using your saved payment method. Dates may shift slightly for processing or calendar reasons.

Monthly and purchased credits

• Monthly credits are refreshed according to the active plan at each successful renewal.
• Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.
• Purchased top-up credits are separate and remain available while the account is active.
• Campaigns use monthly credits before purchased credits.
• A campaign cannot be approved without enough available credits for its requested responses.

Plan changes

The price and effective date of an upgrade or downgrade will be shown before confirmation. An upgrade may take effect immediately and may involve a prorated charge or credit. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal. Features and credit allowances follow the plan active at that time.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in billing settings or by contacting customer@writex.ai. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and access normally continues until the end of the paid period. See our Cancellation, refund and withdrawal policy for refunds and statutory rights.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we may retry the payment and notify you. During a failed-payment or past-due period, paid features may be limited. If payment remains unpaid, we may end the subscription. Purchased credits remain subject to the account and acceptable-use terms.

Price or plan changes

We may change a plan's price, credits or features. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes before they affect your next renewal. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Ending service

If we discontinue a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice and, where required, a proportionate refund for prepaid time we cannot provide. We may suspend or terminate a subscription sooner for fraud, misuse, non-payment, a security risk or a serious breach of our terms.
