Payment and billing policy

This policy explains how payments, billing and credits work for writex.ai, an online software service operated by WRITEX.

Prices and taxes

Current plan and credit top-up prices are shown on our pricing and checkout pages. The checkout page shows the amount, currency, billing frequency and any applicable VAT before you confirm payment. Prices may vary by location when tax rules require it.

Payment processing

Payments are securely handled through a hosted checkout. Available methods depend on your country, device and the options shown at checkout. Our payment-processing providers may share a payment reference, status, billing name and limited payment information with us so we can activate your purchase, prevent fraud and keep financial records. writex.ai does not store full card or bank account details.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

When you start a subscription, you authorize writex.ai to collect the recurring price through its payment-processing providers using your selected or subsequently updated payment method. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period and continue until cancellation. See our Subscription policy.

Credit top-ups

Top-ups are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Purchased credits are added after payment is successfully confirmed. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are used only for eligible writex.ai services.

Payment confirmation and invoices

After a successful payment, your billing status or credit balance should update promptly. We provide a payment confirmation or invoice electronically. You are responsible for keeping your billing and tax information accurate. If a payment is pending, access or credits may remain unavailable until payment is confirmed.

Failed, reversed or disputed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry it, ask you to update the payment method, restrict paid features or suspend the subscription. If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be unauthorized, we may remove unused credits connected to that payment and suspend access while the matter is investigated. This does not limit your right to dispute an incorrect charge in good faith.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. A price change does not affect a period already paid. We will provide reasonable advance notice before a new price applies to a renewal, and you may cancel before that renewal.

Billing questions

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact customer@writex.ai with your account email, payment date and payment reference. Do not send full card or bank details by email.
