Terms
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms form the agreement between writex.ai ("we", "us" or "our") and you, the account holder ("Customer"). They cover our platform, AI response generation, subscriptions, credit top-ups and approved campaign delivery.
Acceptance
You accept these terms when you accept them at signup or checkout or use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. If accepting for a business, you confirm that you can bind it. These terms do not remove mandatory legal rights.
Business use only
The service supports creators and businesses promoting public content. Unlike a strictly business-only agreement, these terms do not exclude consumers or require you to declare that consumer protections do not apply. Your legal status depends on the actual purchase purpose and applicable law.
Order of precedence
A separate signed agreement takes priority only where it expressly overrides a section. Accepted checkout details determine the purchased plan, price and billing interval. These terms and linked policies otherwise apply, subject to mandatory law. Part A applies to all services, Part B to the platform, and Part C explains the scope and exclusions of managed-service topics.
Part A: Terms for every service
1. Definitions
- Connected account: A third-party account connected to a service. writex.ai does not connect to your social account; campaigns use public links and separate agent accounts.
- Creator: A human content creator or talent. Human-creator hiring is not included; AI agents and delivery accounts are not verified human testimonials.
- Customer data: Your submitted public links, content, instructions, brand materials and original edits.
- Fees: The accepted subscription and top-up charges, with applicable taxes disclosed before purchase. No continued-use or conversion fee is included.
- Managed services: Separately contracted work carried out for a customer. No human-creator, filming or advertising-management service is currently included in writex.ai.
- Order form: Accepted purchase or campaign details describing the selected service, quantity, price and interval; any future custom contract must be separately agreed.
- Platform: The writex.ai website, account dashboard and software.
- writex.ai materials: Our software, branding, prompts, templates, workflows, documentation and know-how.
- Services: The platform, submitted-link and content analysis, AI response generation, review controls and explicitly approved delivery offered through writex.ai. Performance of the service begins when you submit a public link for processing and we start analyzing its content, before response generation or delivery approval. Delivery requires your separate, explicit approval. Starting analysis does not mean delivery is complete or remove your mandatory statutory rights.
- Work product: AI response drafts, revisions and campaign reports supplied through the service, excluding your original submitted materials.
- Credits and campaign: Credits are wallet units used for eligible delivery. A campaign is your generation, review and approved delivery request for a public link.
2. Ownership of work product
2.1. writex.ai owns all Work Product. We and our licensors retain rights in the platform, our service materials and original work product we create, to the extent those rights exist. This does not transfer your submitted content or original edits to us. AI responses may not qualify for intellectual-property protection.
2.2. Assignment to writex.ai. No automatic assignment of your original content, edits, personality rights or moral rights is required to use writex.ai. Any separate transfer of rights must be expressly agreed in writing and be permitted by applicable law.
2.3. Fees buy a license, not ownership. Fees purchase the selected subscription, credits and permission to use supplied responses, not ownership of our software, models, prompts or workflows. Your rights in your own materials remain unchanged.
2.4. Contract rights apply even without copyright. Restrictions on access to our platform and use of our service materials apply to the extent enforceable even when a particular AI response is not copyrightable. We do not claim exclusive rights in unprotectable ideas or remove your statutory rights.
2.5. Your license. You may use supplied response text for lawful purposes, subject to third-party rights, advertising disclosures and platform rules. Access to the platform is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable while your account has the required access. You may not resell account access, extract protected service materials, or use them to train a competing system without permission.
2.6. When the License Period ends. When paid access ends, access to paid platform features ends according to your subscription. You may continue lawful use of response text already supplied. These terms do not require you to remove previously delivered responses or delete your own original content.
2.7. Continued Use Fee. writex.ai does not charge a continued-use fee for response text already supplied. No additional recurring license charge is created by this section.
2.8. Buyout. A buyout is not needed to continue lawful use of supplied response text. An assignment of separately protected service materials, if ever offered, would require a separate written agreement and clearly disclosed pricing.
2.9. writex.ai Materials. Our software, branding, prompts, templates, workflows and know-how remain ours or our licensors’. We may reuse general methods and non-confidential learning without granting you exclusivity or disclosing your private materials.
2.10. Feedback. You permit us to use voluntary product suggestions to improve the service without compensation. Feedback does not transfer ownership of your submitted posts or authorize disclosure of confidential or personal information.
2.11. Usage Data and De-Identified Data. We may process campaign, diagnostic and usage information to operate, secure and improve the service under our privacy policy. Aggregated or genuinely anonymized information may support research and benchmarking. This section does not claim ownership of your personal data or authorize unrestricted model training on private information.
2.12. Portfolio and publicity. These terms do not grant automatic permission to publish your name, logo, private materials or campaign results as advertising or case studies. We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifying customer materials for publicity.
3. Customer data
3.1. Your ownership. You keep your rights in customer data, including your original content, brand materials and edits. A public link does not transfer ownership of the underlying post.
3.2. License to writex.ai. You grant us and necessary providers limited permission to access, copy, analyze, store and process submitted materials to generate responses, fulfill approved campaigns, secure the service and comply with law. Permission is limited by that purpose and the privacy policy, not an unrestricted perpetual marketing license.
3.3. Your promises about Customer Data. You confirm that you own or are authorized to promote submitted content, can lawfully provide your instructions, and have any necessary permissions for personal information or third-party materials. Claims must be accurate and substantiated. Do not submit sensitive personal data or material you lack permission to use.
3.4. Third-party AI and processors. We may use third-party services for public-content extraction, AI generation, hosting and response delivery. We share information needed for the request and applicable legal purposes. Personal data, retention and international transfers are addressed in our privacy policy.
4. Fees and payment
4.1. Fees. Pay the USD fees and applicable taxes disclosed before purchase. Subscription fees and top-ups are generally non-refundable for a change of mind after performance has begun, except as required by law or for incorrect charges or a material failure to provide the purchased service. Supplied drafts complete the generation stage, not the separately approved delivery stage. After confirmed delivery, platform removal or lack of engagement alone does not qualify for a discretionary refund or replacement. Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected; required express consent and acknowledgement must be obtained separately, not inferred from these terms.
4.2. Introductory pricing. There is no automatic entitlement to a trial or discounted period. If an introductory offer is made, its duration, renewal price and cancellation conditions must be stated before purchase. It does not create undisclosed fees.
4.3. Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled. Cancel future renewals through Billing or support before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund it. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
4.4. Payment authorization. You authorize charges for the subscription or one-time top-up you accept, including clearly disclosed taxes. Keep payment information current. We do not store full card details. This authorization does not permit invented conversion fees, continued-use fees or undisclosed overage charges.
4.5. Invoices. Payment is normally due at checkout or renewal. Any separately agreed invoice must state its payment deadline. We do not introduce a separate invoice term or late fee through this section.
4.6. Late payment and suspension. Failed or overdue payment may restrict paid features or unused credits associated with that payment. Where practical we will notify you and allow resolution. No fixed late interest or penalty is introduced by these terms; any lawful recovery must follow applicable requirements.
4.7. Chargebacks. Please contact support about an incorrect charge so we can investigate. You retain good-faith payment-dispute and chargeback rights. We may provide accurate acceptance, payment and campaign records to relevant payment-processing providers and investigate access associated with a reversed payment. A good-faith dispute is not itself a contractual breach.
4.8. Costs of collection. Only collection costs permitted by applicable law or a separately enforceable agreement may be recovered, following required notice and procedures. This section does not automatically authorize charging legal or collection fees to your saved payment method.
4.9. Taxes. Any applicable tax and the payable total are disclosed before purchase. You must provide accurate billing information where needed. No tax exclusion or additional charge overrides the price presentation you accepted.
4.10. Price changes. Material price changes are notified before they apply to a future renewal. They do not change a period already paid. You may cancel future renewal before a new price takes effect, subject to any additional notice or cancellation rights required by law.
4.11. Credits and allowances. One credit is charged per response confirmed as delivered by the delivery provider. Credits are reserved on approval and submission; permanently failed responses have reserved credits returned after settlement. Monthly plan credits reset at the next billing period without rollover. Purchased top-ups remain available while your account is active, have no cash value and are not transferable. A wallet credit return is not a cash refund.
4.12. Billing disputes. Report suspected billing errors promptly with the relevant payment or order reference. We investigate legitimate disputes; these terms do not impose a deadline that waives statutory rights. Pay undisputed valid amounts while an issue is investigated.
5. Acceptable use and your responsibilities
5.1. Prohibited uses. Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing or harmful content, fabricated customer experiences, impersonation, political or election content, adult content or illegal goods. Do not make unsubstantiated health or financial claims, introduce malware, scrape protected materials, evade security or usage limits, share unauthorized access or resell the service without permission.
5.2. You are the advertiser. You are responsible for the content and product claims you ask us to promote and for reviewing every response. Comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws, required disclosures of material connections, AI-content labels and platform rules. AI agent responses must not be presented as verified customer experiences or genuine testimonials.
5.3. Connected Accounts. writex.ai uses public links and separate agent accounts. We do not connect to your social account, request your social password or post as you. No account-access authorization is granted by these terms. Social platforms independently control moderation, removal, reach limits and account restrictions.
5.4. Account security. Use accurate account information, protect your login and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for authorized activity through your account, subject to applicable law and our own security obligations.
5.5. Release for approved content. Your explicit approval instructs submission of the selected responses and confirms that you have reviewed them. Editing or recall may not be possible after submission. Approval does not create a blanket release for our breach, misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5.6. Ad spend and business decisions. You make your own promotional, budget, pricing and business decisions. We do not manage advertising spend through this service or guarantee commercial outcomes. Recommendations and results from other campaigns are not promises of sales, engagement or return on investment.
5.7. Your backups. Keep your own copies of important submitted materials and any response text you want to retain. Retention is described in the privacy policy. This responsibility does not remove our contractual or statutory duties concerning data loss or access.
5.8. Security. We use reasonable security safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Protect your device and email account. Independent providers and platforms introduce risks, without removing our own applicable security and data-protection responsibilities.
6. Creators and non-solicitation
6.1. Creators work for writex.ai. writex.ai supplies AI agent responses, not human-creator hiring, filming or talent management. Delivery may use third-party providers and separate agent accounts; these do not become your employees or contractors.
6.2. No direct dealing. Direct campaign, account and delivery questions through writex.ai support. A campaign does not grant access to, control of or a direct hiring relationship with the accounts or providers used for delivery.
6.3. Non-solicitation. No creator or employee non-solicitation restriction is imposed by these terms. A separate relationship not offered by this product would require its own agreement.
6.4. Conversion Fee. No creator or employee conversion fee applies to writex.ai campaigns. These terms do not authorize such a charge.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Definition. Confidential information is non-public information disclosed in connection with the service that is marked confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential, including private account, billing, support and security information. Public posts and responses approved for public delivery are not confidential merely because they appear in a campaign.
7.2. Obligations. Use the other party’s confidential information only to provide or receive the service, protect it with reasonable care, and share it only with personnel, advisers or providers who need it and have appropriate confidentiality duties.
7.3. Exclusions. Confidentiality restrictions do not apply to information lawfully public, lawfully received without restriction, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law. Where lawful and practical, give notice of required disclosure so protective steps can be considered.
7.4. Duration. Confidentiality continues after account closure while the information remains non-public and reasonably requires protection. Trade secrets and personal-data duties remain protected for the periods required by applicable law. This does not require unlawful or unnecessary data retention.
8. Disclaimers
8.1. No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee views, reach, replies, impressions, followers, engagement, clicks, leads, sales, virality or revenue. Examples and past results do not predict your outcome. Completion is fulfillment of the agreed stage, not a promise of lasting social-platform results.
8.2. AI output. Responses may be generated or revised by AI and can be inaccurate, biased, repetitive, inappropriate or similar to other output. We do not promise uniqueness, accuracy, copyright protection or absence of third-party rights. Review all drafts before approval.
8.3. Third parties. Social-media companies are independent third parties and may hide, filter, restrict or remove any response during or after delivery under their own policies. We cannot guarantee continued visibility or permanence. Provider completion reports are not independent proof that every response remains publicly visible. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the platforms. Their decisions do not eliminate our own duties or your rights regarding actual non-delivery.
8.4. As is. Except for express commitments and rights required by law, the platform and AI output are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. No disclaimer removes statutory standards of conformity or other non-excludable obligations.
8.5. Mutual authority. Each party must have legal capacity and authority to enter the agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it; using a business email does not waive any applicable consumer protections.
8.6. Assumption of risk. You understand that AI responses and social-platform promotion can be ineffective, criticized, hidden or removed and that algorithms or policies may change. After confirmed delivery, removal or lack of results alone does not entitle you to a discretionary refund. Assumption of these risks is not a waiver of mandatory rights.
9. Indemnification
9.1. By you. For business customers only, to the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable third-party claim losses caused by your unlawful submissions, infringement of others’ rights or material breach. This excludes losses caused by our own breach or misconduct and does not apply to consumers.
9.2. No indemnity by writex.ai. We do not provide a separate contractual indemnity beyond obligations expressly agreed or imposed by law. We may investigate, revise or replace affected response text, but this does not make those actions your exclusive remedy where other legal rights apply.
9.3. Creators. Human-creator services are not part of writex.ai. Independent delivery providers and agent accounts may participate in fulfillment. These terms do not require you to waive legally available claims against those parties.
9.4. Procedure. Notify the other party promptly of a covered claim, provide reasonable cooperation and allow reasonable participation in its defense. Neither party may agree to a settlement imposing admissions or obligations on the other without consent. Recoverable costs must be reasonable and lawful.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. No indirect damages. For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect and consequential losses, including lost profits or goodwill, and losses solely caused by independent platform decisions. This does not exclude mandatory consumer or data-protection remedies.
10.2. Cap. For business customers, our aggregate liability for otherwise recoverable claims is limited to fees paid to writex.ai during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. No limit applies where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud or intentional misconduct.
10.3. Your liability is not limited. You remain responsible for valid unpaid fees and losses lawfully recoverable for your breach. We do not impose invented penalties, unlimited consumer indemnities or restrictions contrary to mandatory law. The business liability cap on us does not automatically cap your valid payment obligations.
10.4. Basis of the bargain. The allocation of risk reflects the limited scope of AI generation and one-time approved delivery, not guaranteed engagement or response retention. It applies only to the extent lawful and does not override express commitments or non-excludable rights.
10.5. Exclusive remedy. Contact support about defects or suspected non-delivery. We may investigate, correct the issue, replace affected drafts or settle permanently failed delivery through wallet credit returns. These are not exclusive remedies where law requires a refund or another remedy. No ten-day claim waiver is imposed.
10.6. No personal liability. Contractual claims should ordinarily be directed to the service operator through support. This does not remove any personal, statutory or third-party liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Term, suspension and termination
11.1. Term. These terms apply from acceptance while you use the platform and until active subscription and payment obligations end. Provisions that must survive remain applicable as described below.
11.2. Suspension. We may restrict access for non-payment, material breach, security risks, legal requirements or platform restrictions. Where practical we will explain the issue and allow resolution. A restriction does not create an automatic right to keep charging for services we fail to provide.
11.3. Termination by writex.ai. We may terminate access for serious or unresolved breach, non-payment, legal requirements or security risks, with notice where practical. If we end a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, applicable rights concerning unused prepaid service remain available.
11.4. Termination by you. Cancel future subscription renewal through Billing or support. You retain any lawful right to terminate for our breach or withdraw from a consumer contract. There is no separate managed-service minimum term or accelerated future-fee penalty under these terms.
11.5. Effect of termination. Paid-feature access ends according to cancellation or closure terms. Valid amounts already incurred remain due. Supplied response text remains usable as described in Section 2.6. Data deletion and financial-record retention follow the privacy policy; confidentiality continues where appropriate. Closing an account is separate from cancelling its subscription, so ask support to confirm both.
11.6. Survival. Accrued payment duties, rights in service materials, confidentiality, applicable liability rules and dispute provisions survive where their nature requires. Survival does not extend a subscription or create new recurring fees.
12. Disputes
12.1. Governing law. Dutch law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections under the law of a consumer’s habitual residence and applicable jurisdiction rules.
12.2. Arbitration of your claims. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration. Either party may use a competent court; any voluntary arbitration or mediation would require a separate lawful agreement. No foreign arbitration venue or batch-claim delay is imposed.
12.2A. writex.ai's claims and venue. The competent courts in the Netherlands may hear disputes subject to applicable jurisdiction rules. Consumer rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction remain unaffected. We do not reserve a privileged dispute route unavailable to you.
12.3. Notice before suit. Please contact customer@writex.ai or open a support ticket with your order or payment reference so we can investigate before formal proceedings. This is not a mandatory waiting period that blocks urgent relief, statutory remedies or filing within a legal deadline.
12.4. Time limit on claims. Applicable statutory limitation periods govern claims. These terms do not impose a six-month deadline or waive claims before you could reasonably discover them.
12.5. Service of process. Account and support communications may be sent by email. Formal legal service must comply with applicable procedural law; receiving an ordinary account email does not automatically establish valid service of court documents.
12.6. Jury trial waiver. No jury-trial waiver is imposed by these terms. Proceedings follow the rules of the court with lawful jurisdiction.
12.7. Class action waiver. No class-action or collective-redress waiver is imposed. Statutory representative, collective and consumer-enforcement rights remain available.
12.8. Injunctive relief. Either party may request urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a competent court where permitted by law. This does not bypass applicable jurisdiction or consumer protections.
12.9. Attorneys' fees. Legal fees and court costs are allocated according to applicable law, court orders or a separate enforceable agreement. These terms do not automatically make you pay all of our legal costs.
12.10. Electronic records. Accurate records of signup, checkout, approvals, campaign activity and support may help resolve disputes and may be shared with authorized parties for that purpose. Records remain subject to correction, privacy obligations and applicable evidentiary rules.
13. General
13.1. Entire agreement. These terms, the checkout details you accept and linked payment, subscription and cancellation policies describe the agreement. A separate signed agreement overrides a section only where expressly stated. Mandatory law takes priority.
13.2. Changes. We may update terms for legal, security or service changes and give reasonable advance notice of material changes. Changes apply from their effective date, with separate consent where legally required and applicable cancellation rights preserved.
13.3. Assignment. You may not transfer account access or contractual obligations without permission except where law allows. Any transfer by us must preserve applicable rights and data-protection obligations; no transfer may remove mandatory consumer protections.
13.4. Relationship. The parties are independent. No partnership, employment, fiduciary relationship or authorization to act as the other party is created. Your campaign does not make delivery accounts your employees or representatives.
13.5. Waiver. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver. A waiver must be specific and does not waive other rights or future breaches.
13.6. Force majeure. Events beyond reasonable control, such as network outages, provider failures or platform restrictions, may cause delays. We will take reasonable steps to address them. This does not remove rights arising from a failure to provide paid service or create guaranteed delivery times.
13.7. Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where legally possible. Any lawful replacement must respect the agreement’s purpose and mandatory rights rather than expand an invalid restriction.
13.8. Notices. Send service, billing and legal enquiries to customer@writex.ai or account support. We may send notices to your account email or through the platform. Keep your email current. Formal notices remain subject to applicable legal requirements.
13.9. Electronic signature and counterparts. Electronic acceptance may form an agreement where legally valid. A separately signed agreement may use electronic signatures and counterparts subject to applicable law. No record overrides legally required express consent.
13.10. Interpretation. Headings organize the terms and do not expand the service. References to a provider or policy are subject to the actual product and applicable law. Specific checkout details govern the purchased price and interval.
13.11. Export and sanctions. Use the service only where lawful and comply with applicable export-control and sanctions requirements. We may restrict access where legally required. This section does not assert eligibility in every country.
13.12. Construction. These terms must be interpreted consistently with the actual service and mandatory law. No interpretation rule removes consumer protections or converts an explicitly inapplicable service into an offering.
Part B: writex.ai platform (writex.ai)
B1. Plans and limits. Starter is $29.99/month with 100 monthly credits; Pro is $59.99/month with 300 monthly credits. Starter orders contain exactly 10 responses. Pro Surge supports quantities from 10 in steps of 5, with no product quantity cap but subject to available credits. Top-ups are 50 credits for $17.99, 100 for $32.99 and 250 for $74.99. Features and taxes are disclosed before purchase. Individual rewrites are limited to 20 per user per hour. Do not evade usage controls.
B2. Approval means instruction. Only your explicit approval submits responses for delivery through separate agent accounts. Generation, inactivity or leaving a review open does not authorize posting. You can review and edit drafts beforehand; editing or recall may not be possible after submission. Supplied drafts complete generation. Approved delivery remains pending until the provider reports completion, partial completion or failure; confirmed delivered portions are complete, with permanently failed responses settled through reserved-credit returns.
B3. Creator network. writex.ai uses separate agent accounts and delivery providers, not a human-creator hiring network. Availability can vary. You receive no ownership or access to those accounts and no guarantee of enduring visibility or engagement. Provider-reported fulfillment is distinct from a guarantee that every response is publicly visible; report suspected errors to support.
B4. Trials and introductory periods. No trial or introductory period is automatically included. If offered, its price, duration and conversion conditions must be disclosed and accepted before purchase. These terms do not create an undisclosed automatic conversion.
B5. Availability. We aim to maintain availability but do not promise a fixed uptime or delivery deadline. Maintenance, platform restrictions and provider outages may interrupt service. Material paid-service changes must respect applicable notice, cancellation and consumer rights.
B6. Similar output. AI responses may resemble output supplied to others. You receive no exclusivity over ideas, phrasing or general formats. Review drafts for relevance, accuracy and rights compliance.
B7. Analytics. Campaign status and metrics may rely on provider reports and can be delayed, estimated or incomplete. A delivered status is a provider report, not independent verification of public visibility, lasting retention or business results. Social platforms may remove responses at any time. Report suspected non-delivery with the order code.
Part C: Managed services
C1. Order Forms. writex.ai does not currently offer separate managed-service contracts. For standard campaigns, your accepted checkout and approved response request describe the service. Any future custom work must be separately agreed with clear scope and pricing; it is not created by this section.
C2. Your cooperation. Provide a supported public link, accurate instructions and explicit approval for response delivery. If content is unavailable or you do not approve drafts, delivery cannot proceed. Silence never counts as approval. No three-day response deadline or deemed-approval rule applies.
C3. Revisions. Use available editing and regeneration controls before approval, subject to the platform’s fair-use limits. No separately billed revision rounds or undisclosed revision rates apply to standard campaigns. Submitted delivery may not be editable or cancellable.
C4. Raw footage and project files. Video filming, raw footage and creative project-file delivery are not part of writex.ai. Your original submitted materials remain yours. You receive the response text and campaign information the platform provides, not its source code, prompts or provider systems.
C5. Paid advertising management. Paid advertising management and ad-spend handling are not included. You control any advertising you buy separately. These terms do not authorize spending from your advertising account or create management fees.
C6. Creator usage rights. No human-creator likeness, talent, whitelisting or paid-usage license is supplied. AI agent responses must not be portrayed as authentic human endorsements. Lawful use of supplied text follows Section 2.5; no creator usage-window or continued-use fee is imposed.
C7. Minimum term. Standard subscriptions use the interval disclosed at checkout and can have future renewals cancelled through Billing. No separate managed-service minimum commitment or penalty for the remaining term applies. Confirmed delivered portions of campaigns are complete; platform removal alone does not establish a discretionary refund entitlement, without limiting mandatory rights.
C8. Other services. Only the service and features expressly offered and accepted are included. This part does not promise consulting, video production, human creators or advertising management. Approved campaign delivery may use alternate available providers; permanently failed responses have reserved credits returned. For campaign, billing or delivery assistance, provide your order code through support.
